FXML filewatch is totally broken

      To reproduce:
      open attached file in SB
      open it in third-party text editor
      change circle fill color from green to blue
      save file -- circle is still green in SB
      move\rename\delete file -- still no reaction from SB

      It's a regression from 1.1
