[Traversal] Focus traversal is bad (focus disappears)

1. Run /toys/Hello/src/main/java/a11y/HelloSimpleTableView.java
2. Hit the tab key several times, the focus traversal order goes as so
-cell selection button
-multi selection button
-parented
-table
-GONE (it should wrap back to cell selection button)

Note that Shift+Tab circles around, the does not include the table correctly.
