Shortcut icon shows "JavaFX Scene Builder 1.1" after running 2.0 installer on ja and zh_CN Windows.

    Description

      After running SceneBuilder 2.0 installer on ja and zh_CN Windows, the shortcut icon displays "JavaFX Scene Builder 1.1". This doesn't happen when running the installer on English Window.

      The SB2.0 installer is localized for ja and zh_CN on Windows.
