In the old packager, the name of the created bundle file and the name of the package in RPM package system was in the same case as the given name ("-title" or some other way of passing it).
But now, for the sake of Fedora (and not only Fedora) naming conventions, these names are lowercased, and that maybe right, but the old behavior may be hardcoded in some customer scripts (for example, there's some testing script, which would fail to uninstall package in the incorrect case), so this would break backward compatibility.
