[Keyboard] KEYTYPED event not fired for function keys (F1...F12), while KEYPRESSED and KEYRELEASE are!

      I noticed that in 8u20 there is no event fired for KEYTYPED for function keys (F1...F12) on Windows, but the KEYPRESSED and KEYRELEASED event ARE fired for function keys. This is weird, undocumented and counterintuitive, so I assume it is a bug,
