Reload of an updated css file has no effect

      Start the Netbeans projet attached:
      - click on the button: the css file is loaded, the button becomes yellow.
      Update the css file (warning: open the one in the build directory) and change the color to red.
      - click on the button: the button is still yellow, the css file update is not taken into account.

      This is working fine with Fx 2.2
