Win: Alt+Keypad characters not as expected

      If I use Alt + the Keypad in Window's Notepad and in JavaFX 2.2 TextArea, I get 2 different characters.

      For example: Alt+129 produces: ü in Window's Notepad, but in FX 2.2 and FX 8.0 I get: ½
