To reproduce on Windows:

1. Push ALT;
2. The Underline will appear under letter A;
3. Push A; The menu will expand;
It is expected that all menu items will also have undelines but they won't. And mnemonics won't work for them.

Then if you push ESC and A again menu items mnemonics will work and underlines will be shown.
