1) run SceneBuilder
2) select 'File->Open...' to load IssueTrackingLite.fxml (found in SB samples directory)
3) In the Hierarchy pane, expand every tree item so that a scroll bar appears
4) Scroll the tree such that both 'Button Delete' and 'TableColumn Name' are visible
5) Click between the two items
6) BUG: the tree scrolls when you select
