When Tab is disabled,its content must be disabled,too

When a tab is disabled,if it is the current tab,then the appearance will be confusing:the tab header is gray out,but the tab content doesn't change any.If there is another tab,the user will feel that the other tab's content is shown now,which is indeed the disabled tab's content.
