      Fix for RT-36520 is incomplete and causes tests to fail:
      com.sun.javafx.binding.SelectBindingTest > classMethod FAILED
          java.lang.NullPointerException
              at com.sun.javafx.binding.ErrorLoggingUtiltity.start(ErrorLoggingUtiltity.java:67)
              at com.sun.javafx.binding.SelectBindingTest.setUpClass(SelectBindingTest.java:110)
