If you drag the position indicator to the end of the video, often times it will jump back away from the end.

      You can see this easier with a shorter movie.

      I loaded a movie that is about 1 minute long. I stopped playback, then dragged the indicator to the end of the movie. When I release the indicator, it jumped back a little. I can then drag it to the end, but the video doesn't appear to update.
