Install jre8-b74 is not recognized when loading the JavaFX sample applet via DT flow.
The problem does not occur if using jre8-b72

*** Tested Configurations:
- x86 Vista, Win 7
- FF 18.x, GC 24.x
- jre8-b74

*** Steps to reproduce:
0) Uninstall all JREs and DT native from the test system
1) Install jre8-b74
2) Use Firefox or Chrome to load any JavaFX 8 sample applet
e.g http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/javafx/8.0/prepromote/ea/b74/binaries/windows-i586/javafx-samples-8.0.0-ea/Ensemble.html

If DT flow fails to identify jre8-b74 already installed on the system and prompt to install java, the issue is reproducible
