Steps to reproduce:
0. Turn on Narrator
1. Download jar with accessibility test samples from https://wiki.se.oracle.com/download/attachments/46472587/Hello.jar
2. Execute HelloMenu demo by java -cp Hello.jar hello.HelloMenu
3. Open any menu and select any menu with submenus.
Expected result: Narrator says something like <menu text> Submenu to indicate that menu could be expanded
Actual result: Narrator reads menu text and mnemonics.
