Issue with Hierarchy open/close arrows

      From the SB examples, open IssueTrackingLite.fxml.
      Change something so that "Revert to Save" menu is enabled.
      Select File>Revert to Save
      ==> the Hierarchy tree open/close arrows are not positioned correctly.
