[Touch, Windows] MouseEvents generated from touch-screen action have isSynthesized() == false

Please take a look a the simple attached test.

Do taps & single finger gestures on green rectangle.
See at the right column of check-boxes. Each check-box is selected after receiving corresponding MouseEvent.

This problem is reproduced always on my environment. Is isSynthesized() depends on OS settings?
