[RTL] Arrow keys navigation are reversed for TreeTableView

      This is related to RT-34774. In 8u20, arrow keys work fine for TableView. But they are reversed for TreeTableView.
      Attached a test case. Run it and select "RTL Orientation" and "single cell selection", then select a cell and press arrow keys. The navigation are reversed.
