Horizontal Scroll steps in a TableView are not correctly calculated (are too small).
Steps to reproduce the error:
1- Run the code from the comment field.
2- Shrink the window until only 4 columns are visible.
3- click the right horizontal scroll arrow-> the steps are very small instead of scrolling by 1 column
4- click in the track bar-> the steps are very small instead of scrolling by 1 page
