Use TransferMode.COPY_OR_MOVE for DND within content view

      As a workaround fro DTL-5836, we use TransferMode.MOVE when starting DND in content view instead of COPY_OR_MOVE.

      But at the end, we should support COPY_OR_MOVE transfer mode.
