Create a TableView with a constrained resize policy.
Add items until a vertical scrollbar is shown.
Clear all the items in the table.
Re-add enough items to show another vertical scroll-bar.
This time the columns will not be re-sized properly and a horizontal scroll-bar is also shown.

I've attached a simple test that I used to reproduce this issue.
