The prism j2d pipeline is no longer tested or supported as the primary rendering pipeline for on-screen rendering. The only reason we still deliver it with FX 8 is to support our current implementation of printing in JavaFX.

We should print out a prominent warning if the j2d pipeline is selected. This warning should be printed unconditionally (not qualified by prism.verbose).
