When a file chooser is setup for *opening a file* :
its current directory is setup with the last opening location.

When a file chooser is setup for *saving a file*:
- if the current document is already saved, the file chooser is setup with
  the directory containing the current document
- if the current document is not saved yet, the file chooser is setup with
  a fixed location (which is likely to be platform specific).
