Zoom doesn't work well in swpipeline.

      This only happens with swpipeline.
      To reproduce:
      1. Drop a BorderPane
      2. Drop controls to each area of BorderPane
      3. Select MainMenu->View->Zoom->25%

      Only the outline of each component got zoomed. The components are still in their original sizes.
      Zoom works fine in 3d pipeline. It might be a runtime issue?
