[Accessibility, Mac] Toolbar side menu does not get narrator focus.

    Description

      1) run HelloToolBar.
      2) Navigate (Tab) to the Side Menu
      3 - Bug) Expand the Side Menu.Notice the focus is not on the menu items

      The narrator does not focus on the the menu items.

      When you expand the side menu of the toolbar, the a11y focus gets messed up and does not read the menu items.
