Look at the movie.

I select item at 0 and item at 2, using ctrl+space.
After that, using ctrl+down I navigate down to item, so that item at index 2 is at the top of visible area; and focus is in the bottom. So, 2 items are hidded at the top.

Press ctrl+pageup, and focus will be at item at 0. I would expect item to be at 2, as it is a top visible line.
