[XYChart] last tick line is located wrongly.

      Look at the attached images.

      I Point on the fact, that line, correponding to the tick 10 is shifted on 1-2 pixels, what makes visual troubles.

      Seems, it is actual for lineChart, and AreaChart at least.

      Looks like, chart area is shifted
