I've shown by red line, that there is not enough one line (the last one - for tick "10")

Recently, in caspian, there was even/odd diference called alternative column/row fill. So, it was not so significant, but now, there is a line for the last tick in horizontal axis, and there is no line for the last tick of vertical axis
