      Windows 7, jdk1.7.0_05, Lombard b57.

      Lombard b57, when trying to change wrappingWidth, if original wrappingWith is 0, the change fails.
      Attached test program: set wrappingWidth to 0 -> 200 -> 300 ->400 fails, but if set wrappingWidth to e.g. 400 first, then any number works after that.
