To reproduce:
1) Run HelloAlert
2) Press the "Question" button
3) Press the ESC key in the dialog window - note that the window is closed.
4) Reopen the same dialog
5) Try closing the dialog by clicking the top-right 'X' button, or alt-F4, etc. Note that the dialog is vetoed, when it shouldn't if 3) is valid (and it is, read the discussion below).
