On Mac, application created by javapackager can not run.

      This happens with 8u60 only. 8u40 works fine.
      1. Create .pkg or .dmg by command:
      $JAVA_HOME/bin/javapackager -deploy -appclass hello.HelloSpinner -native pkg -outdir outdir -srcfiles HelloSpinner.jar -outfile HelloSpinner -v
      2. install the application to /Applications
      3. run the application

      bug: the application doesn't start.
