TableView, TreeTableView : getSelectedCells contains incorrect info

    Description

      Due to RT-34685 I had to back out RT-33897, which was the original fix for this issue. I have developed tests to prevent a regression of RT-34685, and @Ignore'd tests related to RT-33897 until a better fix can be developed. Refer to RT-33897 for more information.
