[Lens] Shift is being ignored while caps lock is on

Reproducible only on embedded.
Run any application that contains text field.
Click caps lock, enter text, text is being entered in upper-case mode, press shift and type a symbol, symbol is being entered in upper-case mode, but should have been entered in lower-case mode, so shift is being ignored or just not handled while caps lock is on
