[LineChart] Calling setForceZeroInRange doesn't update LineChart

      Description

        Run the attached program and press the 'Don't force 0' button. The y axis doesn't update. If you resize the window, the axis will update correctly. After that, pressing the 'Force 0' button also doesn't update the axis. You have to resize the window to see the updated axis
