The cursor used in the Library (OPEN_HAND) is different on Mac, Linux and Windows.
While the behavior is ok on Mac and Linux, on Windows you may D&D the node on top of the one you expect. It can be confusing when drag and dropping extensively.

To see the issue, move the mouse cursor on top of the Library,
and move very slowly the mouse vertically, while clicking the left button, to check the selected node.
You can see that the end of the cursor fingers handle the selection, while one would expect the middle of the hand.
Same thing for the Hierarchy.
