[Transform] transform(Bounds) and inverseTransform(Bounds) produce incorrect results

      Run the attached sample. Compare bounds computations V1 & V2. V2, that use Transform.transform(Bounds), are incorrect.

      This is caused by the implementation of the method not the transformation, which transforms points correctly.
