Reproducible on Intel HD system only.

To reproduce the problem - run HelloModality sample and open new transparent window, start hovering the mouse pointer over the window and it crashes (hs log attached).

Likely it's a driver issue as the crash happens somewhere in ig4icd32.dll and ig4icd32.dll is a OpenGL belonging to Intel Graphics Accelerator Drivers.

Note that the problem is invisible before the fix for RT-14811 and reproducible with the fix for RT-14811 apllied.

Hopefully, it will be resolved in a next driver version.
