Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Ensemble8
2. Click on the StackedBarChart example
3. Scroll the properties pane down to the "yAxis" section
4. Enter 0.001 (or any value > 0) in the lowerBound textfield
The chart will disappear.
This is not a regression (at least not a recent one...it fails in FX 8 the same way).
