This would avoid having to discover the Hierarchy placeholder gesture to add a graphic to a node. In fact, it would make the feature more discoverable.

Also, right now, it's very unwieldy to copy the graphic of one node into another node. You have to paste the graphic node somewhere else in the scenegraph and then drag it onto the target using the Hierarchy placeholder gesture.
