Testing env: MacOS 10.7.5, safari 6.0.4, 7u40 nightly bundle #49 from http://rehudson.us.oracle.com/hudsonws/7u_deploy/bundles/macosx-x64/
Steps to reproduce:
- uninstall current jre on machine and install test jre.
- open safari, load fx applet, like http://rehte.cn.oracle.com:8080/wshost/new_framework_exe/new_framework/tests/javafx/fxfeaturesTest/html/testImage.html
- if applet can't be loaded, stop at the spinning image, bug is reproduced. It's because plugin is inactive by default on safari, but there is no message to prompt it, telling user how to active it. When loading non-fx applet, like http://rehte.cn.oracle.com:8080/wshost/new_framework/new_framework/tests/common/ExpiredJREJ4B/html/HelloUnSigned.html, there is a button to prompt it, after clicking the button to active plugin, the fx applet above can also be loaded.
