[Accessibility] Not able to delete Tab via primary action on "X" button of the tab

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Start Narrator on Windows 8.1.
      2. Run HelloTabPane
      3. Focus on "Tab 1"
      4. Press "Caps Lock + RightArrow" to reach the "X" button of the tab
      5. Press "Caps Lock + SpaceBar". It should work as mouse click on the button, right? But the tab is not deleted.
