Similar to RT-24286, LineChart draws a line from the very first to the very last data point - across all lines in between. This seems to be caused by XYChart.Data elements with repeating X values. I did not see documentation about this being illegal. I would attach a screenshot but it is not allowed anymore. See first comment for a testcase.
