This task is a continuation of RT-21820. We need to investigate if it is possible to further improve performance of jQuery Mobile animations in WebView. In particular, we need to investigate if we can reduce the time the render thread spends in WCGraphicsPrismContext$ClipLayer.render, WCGraphicsPrismContext.drawPattern, and WCGraphicsPrismContext.drawString.
