Some people want to set the pref sizes in pixels - not in characters. Initially you can do this but if you change the font size - pooof... the binding magic destroys it all.

BTW. All those undocumented traversal bindings between controller properties are pure evil. Every time I try to customize the behavior of some controls I hit a wall.
