Provide property to exit Ensemble8 when when the screen is first rendered

      This will allow Ensemble8 to be used as a benchmark for startup time, in particular class loading time.

      A possible alternative would be to put this in the core platform so that it could be used to measure startup time for any application (e.g. -Djavafx.pulseLogger.exitOnFirstFrame=true)
