The FX 9 build scripts (as well as 8u-dev) support building with both the old and new compilers. In order to upgrade WebKit for RT-36726 we must enable the new compilers by default. Note that as long as you aren't building WebKit, you will still be able to use the old compilers.
Our new production build environment is as follows:
Windows: VS 2013 (build machines will run Windows Server 2012 R2 64-bit OS)
Mac OS X: Xcode 5.1.1 (build machines will run OS X 10.9.5)
Linux: gcc 4.8 (build machines will run Oracle Linux 7 64-bit OS)
