Requirement:
Create any missing tools, or documentation, to allow for seamless creation of “native” look and feel applications for Windows (non-Modern UI), Mac OS X, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux/Redhat, and Fedora.For Windows 32 and 64 bit exes should be created, for Mac OS X App files that comply with the requirements for inclusion on the Mac OS X App Store, for Ubuntu Debian Packages, for OL/Redhat RPM. The audience for these App Bundling tools and documentation is not developers but IDE providers. To fulfill this requirement the tools and documentations must exist. Getting major IDEs to adopt them is a later goal for Product Management and outside of the scope of this requirement.
