Enable JavaFX to build with VS 2012 and VS 2013

    Description

      We need to allow building the native libraries on Windows with the newer VS2013 and VS2012 compilers. Attached is a partial patch that should work for either 2013 or 2012, but will break 2010 builds, so isn't ready to go in. More work is needed.

      Note that this will not address web (webkit) native libraries since they use their own build system, although the changes for the existing webkit build should be simple, if they end up being needed.
