Slider: Add support for PAGE_UP and PAGE_DOWN

      For sake of accessibility, we should support PAGE_UP and PAGE_DOWN in both orientation of sliders:

      PAGE_UP - Increase the value of the slider by a chunk.
      PAGE_DOWN - Decrease the value of the slider by a chunk.
