In many build environments the portion of the DMG generation that depends on the execution of the applesript has proven fragile and in some configurations repeatably fails.

We should add an option to the DMG generation to create a "simple dmg" where no applescript is executed and the DMG consists simply of the application image, with no fancy backgrounds or drag to install options.
