A new bundler parameter "mac.dmg.simple" for the Mac OSX DMG Bundler

Setting this option to true will cause the DMG customization steps that depend on executing applescript to be skipped. The disk window will not have a background image and the icons will not be moved into place. If the bundle is systemWide then a symbolic link to the root Applications folder will be added to the dmg. If the bundle is not systemWide then only the application will be added to the DMG, no link to the desktop will be added.
